For years, I spent my days working in the corporate world, climbing a traditional career path while holding onto a quiet, persistent dream: to one day open a bakery of my own. Baking was always what I turned to at the end of a long week, finding immense joy, contentment, and pure fun in the magic of mixing, baking, and decorating.

Along the way, my culinary journey even took me to New Zealand, where I spent time working in local cafes and restaurants. Immersing myself in New Zealand’s vibrant, world-class food culture deeply shaped my craft, teaching me how a single bite of something freshly baked can completely brighten someone’s day.

As someone who loves eating sweet treats just as much as making them, I know firsthand the kind of comfort and pure bliss a great dessert can bring. After years of dreaming, planning, and perfecting recipes, I decided it was time to turn that passion into reality.
